Man disgusted with his slow Ferrari

Joerg Winterberg, a Berlin businessman, is demanding his money back after concluding that his Ferrari Challenge Stradale couldn't reach its advertised top speed of 185 mph. Winterburg managed to reach 174 mph, which was also confirmed by an independent expert. Ferrari denies there's anything wrong with the car and won't cough up the cash. Winterburg is now taking the Italian Stallion to court to recoup his investment. Call us crazy, but we suspect top speeds are quoted by manufacturers who have reached them on test tracks with ideal conditions, not on the Autobahn while passing Golfs. Regardless, you can bet Ferrari had already spent his money on Maserati, which means it's gone.
